Courses

Every Friday, from 10 am to 12 pm, our chef Maria Probst offers a practical cooking course.
Here after an example of possible dishes to cook in the spring/summer period: fried courgette flowers, aromatic salad with flowers and fresh fruit, homemade pasta with our flours (pici and cavatelli) and preparation of two different sauces for the seasoning. It will be then use the ash from the wood-fired oven to cook potatoes or aubergines in foil.
At the end of the course you can taste the dishes prepared, with a good bottle of wine!
A high level cooking class in a family environment.
